The VVF is shutting down its lab work due to the Corona virus spread, and will be completely closed from 23 March 2020 until further notice.
The Swiss Federal Council has declared yesterday evening that an extraordinary situation exists in Switzerland. Based on this, the University of Zurich decided to operate on skeleton staff from today on.
During the shutdown, we are not performing any lab work nor are we shipping any viral vectors. Scientist can still place repository or custom made orders, but processing of requests and shipping will only take place once we have reopened our facility.
